Karate is a great way to get in shape, maintain a healthy weight, or even teach your kids discipline – all without harsh combat or competitive attitudes. CARDIO TRAINING
Cardio training is an intense workout program that combines fitness and martial arts. This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Self Defense techniques through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag. Xtreme Fight Fitness builds better bodies and stronger characters.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private instruction from the instructor of your choice. You choose the discipline and the instructors will take care of the rest.
KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga “contact-combat” is a military self-defense system developed for the Israel Defense Forces, consists of a combination of techniques sourced from boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu karate, Tae Kwon Do, Catch Wrestling, along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency and brutal counter attack.
XMA
“Extreme Martial Arts” is a sport that combines elements from martial arts, acrobatics, and gymnastics with an emphasis on showmanship.
MUAY THAI KICKBOXING
Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand and Laos that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as “the art of eight limbs” because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.
ALL GIRLS XTREME FIGHT FITNESS
Xtreme Fight Fitness is an intense workout program that combines fitness and martial arts. This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Students will learn correct body alignment to maximize efficiency, while refining Self Defense technique through repetition, drills, and punch kick combinations on the bag.
Xtreme Fight Fitness builds better bodies and stronger characters. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required. No Ranking for Xtreme Fitness.
GROUP ACTIVITIES
